  • Our herbal bath soak products are intended for external use only.
  • They are not medical products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
  • If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or are pregnant/nursing, please consult a doctor before use.
  • Always conduct a patch test before first use.
  • Do not ingest or apply on broken/injured skin.
  • Keep away from children.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Prices are displayed in INR and inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order via our secure payment gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India, and orders are generally delivered within 7 working days.(As mentioned in Returns & Shipping)
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors (courier delays, natural events, etc.).
  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been handed to the courier partner.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. (as mentioned in the Returns & Shipping Section)
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery. (as mentioned in the Returns & Shipping Section)
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.  (as mentioned in the Returns & Shipping Section)
